From the LECO MSX305 Series comes the sectioning machine MSX432. The machine can section large samples of high alloy and hardened materials. Its 17 inch blade and 20.1 HP motor enable the machine to provide cold cutting effects which are required for microstructural examination as also its short contact times per stroke and intense cooling. The machine is made of welded steel for the production environment. It has large T-slotted table for flexible sample fixturing and an integrated Y-table for convenient parallel sectioning. The advanced spindle design offers precise sectioning and a long life. An optional laser and optional magnetic filter for ferrous environments are other features which add to the machine's benefits.
